We exist because good engineers were being wasted.

The market had no shortage of engineers. What it lacked was senior engineers who could own a problem without being managed through it — people who thought like owners, not contractors. That’s the gap CipherCru was built to fill.

The gap between what companies needed and what the market offered was real, consistent, and exploitable.
